We raise soft white wheat, a low gluten variety which is used primarily for pancake mix, pastry flour, cakes, cookies, and flatbread. By using our wheat and preparing it into mixes which others could use and enjoy, I am able to share with you the nutritional goodness of stone ground grain and support the diversity of our farm income.
On our family operated farm, run on organic and sustainable principles, we produce all things redworms and worm castings, and available in any quantity to you! This allows us to grow and produce our fine and unique pestos, and grow peppers, peashoots, sunflower shoots, moringa, Chinese water spinach, as well as more traditional veggies some grown in our aquaponics system (fish available soon), and some traditional garden style. We have quail eggs from our hardy flock of coturnix quail. We also produce tastey edible insects: mealworms and banded crickets.

We are a Mom and Pop farm. We grow a huge organic (NOT certified) vegetable garden with dahlias, sunflowers and zinnias. We grow 9 varieties of garlic, and have shallots, too. We have organic Bartlett pears in season. Occasional beef.
Red Gala apples. Our high altitude and cooler nights produce a deep red color and high sugar sweetness. A single-couple hobby farm that is all organic including polinization by wild bees. We lease our land from Upper Valley Farms in Parkdale, Oregon where we have about 2.5 acres of various fruits and veggies under cultivation. Everything is grown using organic standards and beyond. We do not spray our veggies with anything and the foundation of our fertility is well ripened compost. Red Tractor Farm is a family-owned blueberry farm open for business mid June – end of July during blueberry season. We grow delicious varieties of Duke and Reka blueberries known to be flavorful and not too sweet. They are excellent for snacking, freezing and any sort of baking or canning.
