Cascadia Creamery is a family run operation located in the foothills of Mt. Adams in the town of Trout Lake, Washington. Cascadia Creamery revives a long tradition of artisan cheese making in the Trout Lake Valley which began over 125 years ago. Here rich volcanic soils and temperate weather provide lush grazing meadows for our cows and an ideal location to craft our organic, aged, raw artisan cheeses.

On our family operated farm, run on organic and sustainable principles, we produce all things redworms and worm castings, and available in any quantity to you! This allows us to grow and produce our fine and unique pestos, and grow peppers, peashoots, sunflower shoots, moringa, Chinese water spinach, as well as more traditional veggies some grown in our aquaponics system (fish available soon), and some traditional garden style. We have quail eggs from our hardy flock of coturnix quail. We also produce tastey edible insects: mealworms and banded crickets.

We are a small family owned and operated farm in Lyle WA who believe everyone should be able to afford to eat healthy. We may not be certified but we do organically grow 42 varieties of tomatoes, 10 varieties of watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, peppers, pumpkin, squash, lettuce, strawberries and Romanesco to name a few. We sell most of these produce out of our rural farm stand just outside our garden gate and at local farmers markets.
