Oak Rose Farm is Hiring for the 2023 Season!
40 hours/week, March 15th- Oct 31st
Compensation: $16-$20/hour DOE
The Field and Pack Area Lead will be the “right-hand-man” of the farm. This person works throughout most of our production season and participates in a full range of tasks including care of perennial crops, seeding, greenhouse work, transplanting, weeding, pruning, trellising, irrigation, harvest, washing, packing, and farmer’s market. This position will assist in leading the crew in field and pack area activities and may fill in for the owners as needed.
