Organic Farm Manager

-Manage schedules and paperwork for production crew members, interns and volunteers
-Communicate throughout the work day with team via cell phone/text/software platform
-Communicate yield and harvest date estimates to wholesale customers
-Sending out weekly fresh sheets
-Help to manage newsletter and blog
-Maintain planting, production and harvest records in MS Word, Excel, Google or software platform
-Proactively and creatively market farm to new food equity program,CSA members and potential wholesale markets, including local restaurants, grocery stores and offsite markets and our mobile market program.
-Guide and support production of our food production
-Mentoring volunteers and facilitating a mentorship program
