5 acres in Parkdale w irrigation- looking for right farmer to lease to

I have a little under 5 acres in Parkdale with paid for irrigation water and Baldwin Creek running through, along with a seasonal pond. Other land close by does really well in blueberries, lavender etc. I live on site with my two boys and dogs. I would love for the land to become vibrant and be used and managed but as a single parent I don't have the energy and time to do so at present but am interested in the prospect. Planting a seed, hoping to find a good fit for someone who would like to farm but needs some land to do so on. I've never leased land before, or farmed so this will be a learning adventure- I am open to ideas of ways to co~create!!
