Regulations, Licenses and Exemptions Workshop for Food Businesses

Join representatives from Oregon Department of Agriculture, Oregon State University Extension and the Hood River County Health Department to learn about selling processed and prepared foods. Hear directly from experts about licensing requirements and exemptions that may apply to you.

 

This workshop is designed for:

– Artisan food makers, producers and bakers

– Farmers who are interested in making value-added products like jam, pickles, etc. from produce they grow

– Vendors preparing and serving food at an event like a farmers market

– Anyone interested in starting a food business.
