The demand for using local food is strong but requires a relationship between farmers and buyers. This is a great chance to start that process. \nThe Matchmaker is open to: \nBUYERS of Gorge grown\, raised or processed foods: chefs\, supermarkets\, specialty markets\, restaurants\, hotels\, institutions\, schools\, distributors\, and food processors in search of local ingredients for commercial purposes \nSELLERS of Gorge grown\, raised or processed foods: farmers and food processors \nEveryone who plans to attend is encouraged to bring business cards to ensure successful networking and foster opportunities for follow-up.
